Regykla’s dreamscape will feature a truly special artist from Lituania’s Baltic coast – Donis (Donatas Bielkauskas), a long-time companion of the Mėnuo Juodaragis festival, whose performance brought the festival’s journey to a close. At the dawn of this new event, Donis will present a unique live program based on his album “Bars Bars”, whose visual concept was born at Ventė Cape thirteen years ago. For this special performance, he will be joined on stage by a new generation – his children, Aistis and Saulė.

Released in 2013, Bars Bars opened a new chapter in Lithuanian post-folk, becoming the first album to present traditional Lithuanian songs in a neofolk style. Its melancholic love poetry unfolds through mythological imagery and recurring bird motifs, creating an intimate and timeless soundscape. This program has only been performed live twice before. Its third performance will take place on Saturday on the Nendrynas Stage.
