A joyful Danish–Icelandic ensemble that has been celebrating the roots of Nordic culture since 1999. Drawing inspiration from ancient Icelandic vocal traditions and Nordic folkmusic, Krauka evoke the spirits of the past with a vivid soundscape, created by vocals, lyres, shavm and drums, inviting audiences on a captivating journey into the old Nordic world.

The band is already familiar to the audience of Mėnuo Juodaragis, they were due to return to the festival in 2021, but the pandemic prevented their journey. This time, we hope their Viking boat will finally reach the shore of Ventė, bringing enchanting melodies and good Nordic mood!
