Eligibility for this offer is restricted to individuals who meet the specific terms and conditions set for this ticket type.
19. The Family Ticket may be used by one or two adults accompanied by one or more children aged 14 and under (inclusive).

23. Throughout the duration of the Event, adults are held fully responsible for the supervision and safety of the minors they are accompanying.
V. ONE DAY TICKETS
24. The Organisers reserve the right to offer tickets for individual days of the Event. In such cases, the specific terms and conditions governing the purchase and validity of these tickets (including prices, duration of validity, and visitor restrictions) shall be published on the official Event website at https://regykla.mjr.lt/. These terms shall be considered an integral part of the Event rules, and their publication on the website shall constitute official notice to visitors.
VI. SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
25. Admission to the Event is free of charge for minors aged 10 and under (inclusive).
26. The Organisers offer ticket discounts for various age and social groups. These tickets are valid for the entire duration of the festival; the price remains fixed regardless of the duration of the attendee’s stay at the Event. When purchasing discounted tickets and presenting them for verification upon arrival at the Event, it is mandatory to provide valid documentation justifying the discount. In the event that such documentation is not provided, the Organisers reserve the right to require the purchase of a full-price ticket or to deny the visitor entry to the Event.

VI. TICKET REFUND
28. Event tickets may be returned by 1 July 2026 (inclusive) at the original point of purchase (or via the original purchase method), subject to the procedures and conditions established by the Organisers.
29. To submit a request for an e-ticket refund, the purchaser must send an official request to the email address bilietai@mjr.lt. The request shall only be accepted if sent from the same email address provided at the time of purchase and to which the e-ticket was originally delivered. The purchaser must include the order number and the ticket ID code in the request. The purchaser is obliged to destroy the refunded e-ticket.
30. Physical tickets returned for a refund must be delivered to the Organisers’ physical office in Vilnius.

32. As of 1 July 2026, tickets shall be non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is cancelled due to the fault of the Organisers.
33. Should the Event not take place due to circumstances of force majeure, including but not limited to war, state of emergency, government-imposed restrictions, or natural disasters, the Organisers shall be released from civil liability; the procedure for refunds or the transfer of tickets shall be determined in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the official notice issued by the Organisers.

By purchasing an Event ticket, each holder confirms that they have read and understood these rules and agrees to abide by the general Event regulations and the rules for attending public events, to act in a conscious and responsible manner, to be guided by the principles of good faith towards all individuals, and to comply with the instructions of the Event staff.
The Event security personnel (hereinafter – Security) reserve the right to verify wristbands, request official identification from Event visitors to verify their identity and/or age, and inspect personal belongings to ensure that no prohibited items or substances are brought onto the Event premises. Security reserves the right to deny entry to or remove from the Event any visitor found in possession of prohibited items. Security is authorised to issue instructions to Event visitors, and may employ physical force if necessary to defend the rights and safety of other Event visitors, in cases of self-defence, or to ensure the security of property located at the Event.
To ensure safety, it is strictly prohibited to bring any alcoholic beverages, narcotic or other psychoactive substances, weapons, pyrotechnics, sharp objects, or any other items that may cause injury to persons or damage to property into the Event premises. Individuals under the influence, acting aggressively, or posing a threat will be denied entry to the Event or required to leave immediately. In such instances, the ticket price shall not be refunded.
Minors aged 16 and under (inclusive) must be accompanied by an adult at the Event.
Upon entering the Event premises, each visitor assumes full responsibility for the safety of their personal belongings. Furthermore, the visitor must ensure that their belongings do not pose a risk or cause inconvenience to others.
Water bodies within the Event premises may pose a risk if caution is not exercised; therefore, swimming or remaining near the water during hours of darkness is discouraged. The visitor assumes all risks and full responsibility for their own safety, health, and life when in or near the water. The Organisers do not provide 24/7 lifeguard coverage along the entire shoreline.
Event visitors may only pitch tents in designated areas as specified by the Organisers.
The lighting of campfires and the use of barbecues, grills, or any other equipment involving an open flame is permitted only in designated areas within the Event premises.
Political propaganda, agitation, and the display of related symbols and paraphernalia are strictly prohibited at the Event. Commercial advertising is also prohibited, unless previously authorised by the Organisers through a separate, mutually agreed arrangement.
The Event takes place in an environmentally sensitive area; therefore, every visitor is expected to act with caution and responsibility. It is strictly prohibited to destroy or damage nature, litter, or pollute the environment.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and owners must carry a muzzle, which shall be used whenever necessary. It is emphasised that owners are fully responsible for maintaining cleanliness and must immediately clean up after their pets. In the event of a breach of these rules, animal aggression, or visitor complaints, owners must remove their pets from the Event premises immediately.
When deciding whether to bring a pet, we advise you to consider the animal’s potential behaviour in a crowded environment, which includes the presence of minors. If you believe that your animal may become distressed, experience stress, or exhibit uncharacteristic behaviour in such circumstances, or if there have been previous instances where the animal’s actions have caused inconvenience to others, we strongly advise against bringing your pet to the Event.
Photography and video recording are permitted at the Event (except in specifically marked areas or during designated programme sections); however, visitors are requested to respect the privacy of others. All images captured at the Event and made publicly available may be used by the Organisers for non-commercial purposes without separate consent from the authors. Visitors who do not wish for their image or the images of their family members to be published must notify the Organisers via email at regykla@mjr.lt.
The Event visitor consents to the Organisers filming and photographing throughout the entire Event premises and potentially using this material for promotional purposes. The visitor acknowledges and agrees that unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) may be operated over the Event premises, including the areas occupied by the visitor.

The Organisers reserve the right to modify the announced schedule and programme of the Event.
The Organisers shall not be held liable for any changes to the festival programme resulting from weather conditions or other causes beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control.
These rules may be amended unilaterally at the discretion of the Organisers. The current version of the rules is available on the official Event website.
