TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USE OF THE REGYKLA FESTIVAL ELECTRONIC PARKING TICKETS

The REGYKLA festival will take place from 31 July to 2 August 2026, on the Ventė Cape peninsula,
Šilutė district, Lithuania
I. ELECTRONIC PARKING TICKETS
1. Electronic parking tickets purchased in advance in July 2026 are valid at the REGYKLA festival.
2. The festival Organisers reserve the right at any time to restrict and/or prohibit the access of visitor vehicles to the parking areas due to deteriorating or poor weather conditions, or other reasons that pose a threat to the quality and safety of the Event. This means that, at the discretion of the Organisers, a purchased electronic parking ticket may be cancelled at any time. In such an event, the festival Organisers undertake to refund the unused electronic parking ticket to the purchaser within 3 calendar days from the end of the festival. By purchasing an electronic parking ticket, individuals confirm their full acceptance of this condition.
3. 2026 REGYKLA electronic parking ticket types:
AUTO + Tent electronic parking ticket: designed for passenger cars or motorcycles, permitting the parking of the vehicle in the VIP area designated by the Organisers, with the option to pitch a tent alongside it.
Campervan/motoromes electronic parking ticket: designed for campervans/motorhomes, permitting the parking of the vehicle in the VIP area designated by the Organisers.
4. Only a person who has purchased or holds a ticket for the 2026 REGYKLA festival is entitled to use an electronic parking ticket.
5. The electronic parking ticket is scanned or validated only once and is valid for a single entry into the VIP parking area during the festival from 31 July to 2 August 2026. The electronic parking ticket grants a one-off right to enter and park the operated vehicle (car, motorcycle, or campervan/motorhome) in the designated areas marked and/or indicated by the Organisers at the venue.
6. One electronic parking ticket is valid for a single vehicle entry only. Re-entry or multiple exits and entries are not permitted. Parked vehicles must remain in their designated spaces until the end of the Event or until their final departure from the Event. Driving within the Event premises during the Event is strictly prohibited.
7. By purchasing an electronic parking ticket(s), buyer agrees to provide their contact information (email address, full name, and phone number) so that the Organisers may contact them regarding essential event information or unforeseen changes. The Organisers ensure the security of this data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. The festival Organisers assume no liability for vehicles or any belongings left inside them.
9. The price of the electronic parking consists of infrastructure fees and service costs. The festival
organisers may change ticket prices and/or apply discounts at their discretion.
II. USE OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS
10. The electronic parking ticket holder must present their e-ticket at the designated ticket control point upon arrival at the Event.
11. The electronic parking ticket holder is solely responsible for ensuring the proper presentation and accessibility of the e-ticket for verification; the holder must ensure that the e-ticket is presented at the Event venue either on a mobile device (with sufficient screen brightness and a charged battery) or printed clearly on a white sheet of paper.
12. The electronic parking ticket holder is responsible for the security of their e-ticket and the unique data contained therein (QR code, barcode). To prevent unauthorised use of the ticket, it is strictly prohibited to publish the image of the ticket or its copies in the public domain or on social media.
13. A purchased electronic parking ticket is non-exchangeable and is only valid upon presentation of the ticket itself; i.e., payment confirmations, personal identification, or other proof of purchase cannot be accepted as a substitute for the ticket.
14. The purchased electronic parking ticket is non-refundable.
15. It is strictly prohibited to resell or transfer the purchased electronic parking ticket to third parties for profit, or to use it for advertising or promotional purposes, including competitions, without the prior written consent of the Organisers. Any breach of these terms may result in the cancellation of the ticket without notice.
16. The electronic parking ticket holder must keep the purchased electronic parking ticket along with the marked pass received at the event until the end of the event.
